Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 March 2026

1. About us

Alhambra Booking (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a ticket facilitation service operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], registered at [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS], Spain.

We are not affiliated with, or officially endorsed by, the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, the official operator of the Alhambra monument.

2. The service

We help visitors secure Alhambra entrance tickets by booking on your behalf through official channels. Our service includes:

  • Selecting and reserving available ticket slots
  • Processing your payment securely via Stripe
  • Delivering your tickets by email once confirmed

Ticket availability is subject to the official Alhambra booking system. We cannot guarantee availability for any specific date or time slot.

3. Booking & payment

When you complete a booking, your payment card is authorized but not charged immediately. The charge is only captured once we have successfully secured your tickets. If we are unable to fulfil your booking, your authorization is cancelled and you are not charged.

Our service charge is displayed clearly before you confirm your booking. This includes our facilitation fee on top of the official ticket price.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By proceeding with a booking you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Non-refundable policy

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Once your tickets have been secured and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or date changes.

Exceptions are made only where:

  • We are unable to secure the requested tickets, in which case you are not charged
  • The Alhambra is closed on your visit date due to circumstances outside your control (e.g. force majeure). In this case please contact us and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers non-refundable bookings.

5. Ticket delivery

Once your booking is confirmed, your PDF tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of booking. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or spam filters.

6. Your responsibilities

When visiting the Alhambra, you are responsible for:

  • Presenting your tickets (digital or printed) at entry
  • Arriving at the correct time slot — late arrivals to the Nasrid Palaces may be refused entry
  • Complying with all rules and regulations set by the Patronato de la Alhambra

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

  • The conduct or policies of the Alhambra monument or its operators
  • Changes to opening hours, closures, or access restrictions at the monument
  • Loss of tickets after delivery to your email address
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our service

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
