Alhambra Booking (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a ticket facilitation service operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], registered at [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS], Spain.
We are not affiliated with, or officially endorsed by, the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, the official operator of the Alhambra monument.
We help visitors secure Alhambra entrance tickets by booking on your behalf through official channels. Our service includes:
Ticket availability is subject to the official Alhambra booking system. We cannot guarantee availability for any specific date or time slot.
When you complete a booking, your payment card is authorized but not charged immediately. The charge is only captured once we have successfully secured your tickets. If we are unable to fulfil your booking, your authorization is cancelled and you are not charged.
Our service charge is displayed clearly before you confirm your booking. This includes our facilitation fee on top of the official ticket price.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By proceeding with a booking you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Once your tickets have been secured and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or date changes.

Once your booking is confirmed, your PDF tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of booking. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or spam filters.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
